4. Enquiries and Service Requests
Submitting an enquiry through the Website does not automatically create a contract for services.

A service engagement will commence only once the relevant requirements have been confirmed and the applicable payment or other agreed arrangements have been completed.
5. Client Information
We agree to provide information that is accurate, complete and relevant to the services you request.
You are responsible for reviewing the information you provide to CV Experts and confirming that it is accurate.
CV Experts does not knowingly create or insert false qualifications, employment history, achievements, responsibilities or other professional information into a client’s documents.
Our services are intended to present your genuine experience, qualifications and career information clearly and professionally.
6. CV and Career Document Services
Our documents are prepared based on the information and instructions provided by the client.
We may improve the wording, structure, presentation and positioning of information in order to create professional, readable and appropriately tailored career documents.
Where applicable, documents may be tailored towards the positions or career direction identified by the client.
We do not guarantee that a client will receive interviews, job offers, promotions or employment as a result of using our services.
7. ATS and Keyword Optimisation
Where a service includes ATS compliance or keyword optimisation, we aim to structure and optimise documents so that they are suitable for use with applicant tracking systems and relevant to the positions being targeted.
However, we cannot guarantee that any particular employer’s applicant tracking system will process a document in a specific manner or that optimisation will result in an interview or employment offer.
8. Client Reviews and Revisions
Clients are provided with an opportunity to review their documents and request reasonable revisions in accordance with the agreed service.
Revisions are intended to correct factual information, clarify requirements and make reasonable adjustments to the documents.
Requests that materially change the original scope of the service may be treated as additional work and may incur an additional charge.
9. Delivery of Documents
Final documents are provided in Microsoft Word and PDF format, unless otherwise agreed.
The client is responsible for reviewing the final documents before using them for applications or other professional purposes.
10. Payment
Applicable prices are displayed on the Website or communicated to the client before the service is undertaken.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required in accordance with the quote, invoice or payment instructions provided by CV Experts.
CV Experts reserves the right to delay commencement or delivery of services where payment has not been received as agreed.
11. Additional Work
Requests that fall outside the agreed scope of a service may be subject to an additional charge.
This may include substantial changes to the original brief, additional documents, additional pages, additional services or extensive revisions beyond the agreed scope.
Where reasonably possible, CV Experts will communicate any additional charges before undertaking the additional work.
12. Turnaround Times
Turnaround times may vary depending on the service, client requirements, workload, information supplies and the number of revisions required.
Any estimated turnaround time communicated by CV Experts is an estimate unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.
Delays caused by incomplete information, late client responses or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
13. LinkedIn and Job-Portal Services
Where CV Experts provides LinkedIn, PNet or other job-portal optimisation services, the client authorises CV Experts to perform the agreed work on the relevant profile or platform.
The client remains responsible for ensuring that the information supplied is accurate and for maintaining control of their accounts and login credentials.
CV Experts is not responsible for changes to third-party platforms, account restrictions, technical problems, platform policies or actions taken by LinkedIn, PNet or another third-party service.
14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, CV Experts retains ownership of its original templates, layouts, processes, design elements and other proprietary materials used in providing its services.
Upon payment for the relevant service, the client receives the right to use the completed documents prepared specifically for them for their personal professional and employment purposes.
The client may not resell, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit CV Experts’ templates, processes or proprietary materials.
15. Client Content
The client retains responsibility for the information, photographs, documents and other materials supplied to CV Experts.
You confirm that you have the right to provide any material supplied to us and that doing so does not knowingly infringe another person’s rights.
16. Confidentiality
CV Experts understands that career documents may contain confidential personal and professional information.
We will treat client information as confidential and will use it only for legitimate business purposes and the provision of the services requested, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
17. Guarantee of Employment
CV Experts provides professional document-writing and career-support services.
We do not guarantee:
- Employment;
- Interviews;
- Shortlisting;
- Promotions;
- Salary increases;
- Responses from employers;
- Success with any specific application; or
- Acceptance by any employer or recruitment platform.
Employment decisions remain entirely within the control of the relevant employer or organisation.
18. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services.
CV Experts does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices or terms.
